Install an EOS
pressure-based proximity sensor and you'll see dramatic increases in the
speed and quality of your automated resistance welding. The EOS is
more responsive than conventional magnetic sensors. It eliminates
problems often caused by change in stroke length or metal thickness,
weld tip erosion, pressure drops and magnetic weld fields.
