The OSV from Canfield Connector is a cost-effective solution to expensive, high maintenance Zones. Designed specifically for sensing objects moving through conveyor zones, the OSV incorporates solid-state electronics and a low wattage solenoid valve using logic and manual inputs to reliably control a pneumatic actuator. 

The OSV features minimal installation and setup and will detect a wide variety of materials up to six feet.  Cascadable up to 100 units, the OSV's modular design allows for easy component replacement

Additional features include:

  • Multi-Color intelligent LED indicators for status and diagnostics
  • self aligning beam
  • adjustable valve time delay
  • optional sensitivity adjustments
  • Optional wire length
